"Luke in the Land: Walking With Jesus in His First Century World" by Kristi McLelland

Come journey with us on this 8-week series in the book of Luke. We will follow Kristi McLelland through Israel as we look at the Gospel of Luke to see where the stories of the Bible took place. Over our sessions, we will be challenged to see how Jesus, the Messiah, provided an orderly account of the life and ministry of Jesus Christ for a Gentile readership, and brought His kingdom to earth for everybody.

Kristi McLelland teaches the Bible in its historical, cultural, geographic, and linguistic contexts, helping us to study the Bible through the Middle Eastern lens.This will allow us to better open our eyes, ears and hearts to the living God who is constantly pursuing us with His love, grace, compassion and truth.

This Bible study begins on Wednesday, Sept. 18th at 6:45 pm and will be led by Tracey Steffens and Kerri Van Luik. We will meet in the Chapel. Join us as we study Luke in the Land.
